Polar Breeze Bandanas ships to all of the US including Alaska and Hawaii, all US territories, as well as to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. (Please make sure that all necessary mailing information is included in any APO/FPO/DPO orders as the USPS will not ship without required mail addressing. Please email for further information or see our FAQ section.) We ship via USPS which has the best rates for our business. All domestic orders have tracking numbers and can be tracked at usps.com (unless sent via another carrier).
Tracking numbers: All orders will have a tracking number and an email/text will be sent with a link to the carrier's website. Please note: Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), confirms delivery of your order via the tracking number to the order address, Polar Breeze Bandanas is not responsible for your order. If you contact us that you cannot find your order even after delivery is confirmed via the tracking number and the carrier, unfortunately, there is not much we can do to trace your order at our office. You will need to go to your local post office to try and trace your package via the tracking number.
Free shipping on orders $25.00 to $49.99: These orders will be sent USPS First Class, which takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Priority Flat Rate (2-3 days) or Priority Express (1 day) is available at our regular charges.
Free shipping on orders $50.00 and over: These orders will be sent USPS Priority Flat Rate, which has a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Priority Express (1 day) delivery is available at our regular charge.
The shipping rates and mailing times are shown at the time order is placed. We do have customers, especially some businesses, that prefer us to use FedEx or UPS. We will be happy to send your order via FedEx or UPS if you prefer.
For overnight shipping (Priority Express or one-day shipping): Sometimes USPS does not offer one-day shipping to rural areas. We will double check the delivery times when your order is placed. If one-day shipping is not available in your area, we will call you to verify your preference on shipping. In most cases, we will then send the order via Priority Flat Rate, and it will arrive with 2 to 3 days. Due to changes by the USPS for overnight shipping boxes and postage rates, overnight shipping for orders that weigh 3 pounds or more will have to be sent either UPS or Fedex. Please call for more details. We will work with you to get your order to you quickly and at the best price. Please note that overnight shipping is NOT available for free shipping.
Polar Breeze proudly ships via USPS, which has the most economical rates for our business. Because of the changes in rates by the U.S. post office, as of December 15, 2016, Polar Breeze Bandanas has adjusted our international mailing policies and will only ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. There has also been changes to international shipping rates to these countries. Please remember that we do try to keep our rates as low as possible, but we do have to adjust the cost of postage to meet the US postage rates and regulations.
Tracking is available now to all the countries that are approved for shipping. Automated emails will be sent through usps.com to your email address. Postage rates are based on weight of the order. Shipping rates are shown at the time the order is placed and vary by country. (If you need an estimate on postage before ordering, please email us.) We do apologize to the customers in the countries where we no longer ship our products.
Update on Value Added Tax: EU customers may be liable to pay Value Added Tax upon receipt of merchandise by the applicable postal authority. Polar Breeze Bandanas is not responsible for the VAT charges. As of August 2016, if you refuse the order because you do not want to pay the VAT, Polar Breeze Bandanas will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price after the order has been returned to us. We do not refund postage charges also.
For our Canadian customers, we are not aware at this time of extra fees charged by the postal service of the destination country. However, if you wish to verify if there would be any extra fees for ordering from the USA, please be sure to check with your local customs office or postal authority to determine if there would be costs related to import taxes, duties, or charges. Polar Breeze Bandanas is not responsible for these charges, if any occur.
Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive. It often doesn't take this long to deliver. However, shipping and customs clearance is beyond our control. Delays in customs vary by country and time of year.
Global Express or one-day shipping international: Polar Breeze will no longer offer this option unless specifically requested since the prices have nearly doubled. If you wish to place an order and want one-day shipping, please email us before the order is placed. We will research the best rates for your order: USPS or UPS or FedEx.
Domestic orders: Polar Breeze Bandanas offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed, because we value our customers, products, and service. We understand, however, that sometimes our customers will wish to return their purchase. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us by email or phone WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PLEASE TRY TO INCLUDE THE PACKING SLIP IN THE RETURN SHIPMENT. Polar Breeze Bandanas reserves the right to decline a customer's request for a refund if it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase. Polar Breeze Bandanas will refund the purchase price only after the items are returned. We strongly suggest that you mail the merchandise with a tracking number for your protection. (For packages mailed in the USA, the USPS offers tracking numbers with First Class package mailing.) Polar Breeze Bandanas is not responsible for merchandise that is returned to us with no tracking number and lost or damaged in mailing. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on the purchase price only. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs. For merchandise that is defective, please call us at 615-325-1663 or send us an email as soon as possible.
Free shipping for returned merchandise: We do not offer free shipping on returned merchandise or send return shipping postage labels. We try very hard to keep the costs of shipping as low as possible for our customers, so we do not charge a "handling fee." However, this does mean that as a small business we cannot absorb the additional costs for return shipping charges. We will only refund the purchase price on your order.
International orders: Refunds will be given for the purchase price only. We do not refund the cost of return postage or any additional fees charged by the destination country. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PACKING SLIP MUST ALSO BE INCLUDED IN THE RETURN SHIPMENT. Polar Breeze will refund the purchase price only after the items are returned. EU customers who refuse to pay the VAT charges will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price.
